God Still Uses Imperfect People

Many people believe God only uses perfect people.

People who never fail.
People who never struggle.
People who always get everything right.

But the Bible tells a very different story.

Moses doubted himself.
David made serious mistakes.
Peter denied Jesus.

Yet God still used them.

Why?

Because God is not looking for perfect people.

He is looking for willing hearts.

Sometimes we disqualify ourselves before God even speaks.

We say things like:

“I’m not ready.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“I have failed too much.”

But God’s grace is greater than our past.

When God calls someone, He doesn’t just see who they are today.

He sees who they can become through Him.

Your imperfections do not cancel God’s purpose.

In fact, many times God uses our weakness to show His strength.

So if you feel imperfect today, remember this:

God has always used imperfect people to accomplish extraordinary things.

And He is not finished with you yet.

Scripture

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”
— 2 Corinthians 12:9

Reflection

Where do you feel unqualified today?

Bring that place to God and trust His grace to work through it.

Prayer

Lord, thank You that Your grace is greater than my weakness.
Help me trust that You can still use my life for Your purpose.
Give me courage to follow You even when I feel imperfect.
Amen.
